Support Glow CambodiaThe Work and the Need of Glow Cambodia Glow Cambodia is located in the local community, Sensok, in Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia. Since being founded in 2014, she has committed to rebuilding human resources in Cambodia by providing multiple levels of education to the local people. This mission objective is thus decided because the political turmoil in the last century in Cambodia deprived the valuable lives of many local intellectuals and skilled workforces so education is desperately needed in this unfortunate nation at present. We believe that by providing the people with what they need is the way to embody the more abstract idea of Jesus's love besides preaching. Today, Glow Cambodia has already provided the local people in Cambodia with professional teacher training, kindergarten education, suburban region pastor training, and language training, etc. In the long run, the institute seeks to offer special education as well as formal education in the primary, the secondary and the tertiary levels, so as to act on the education need of Cambodian people. The next step of Glow Cambodia is to establish a new primary school in Sensok for the local children. The task requires funding for the construction work and the start-up operation. Your donation could surely empower the local Cambodian young people with education in the love of Jesus and make them the glow in the developing nation when tomorrow comes. The Partnership: Glow Worldwide & Glow Cambodia Walking hand in hand with the local people throughout the whole-life for the embodiment of Jesus's love is the common goal of all Glow ministries. Glow Cambodia achieves this goal through her practical education ministry in a developing country, while Glow Worldwide is her sister organization who seeks to achieve the same goal in a different direction. Established in July 2016 under the proposal of one of the founders of Glow Cambodia, Dr. Andrew Kwong, and chaired by Dr. Philemon Choi, Glow Worldwide soon assumed the charity status in Hong Kong in August 2017 under the Lord's graceful plan. One of the specific mission of Glow Worldwide is to support Glow Cambodia to set up the planned primary school by organizing fund-raising activities, as well as to communicate accurately and faithfully to the public the vision of Glow Cambodia for wider support. Apart from supporting Glow Cambodia in the construction project of the school campus, Glow Worldwide also plans to record the works of Glow Cambodia in an academic manner in order to build up a new missionary model in the 21st century with Glow Cambodia being the prototype. We believe this endeavour may eventually open up a new way of spreading the Gospel while bypassing the limitations that the traditional models often encounter.
